Shipping and Handling

All LeilaLove Macaron products are handmade and hand packaged. Please allow 5 to 7 days for processing and handling. LeilaLove.com ships your personalized gifts via USPS 5 TO 7 days following receipt of your order, if it is placed before 7 p.m. CDT. Shipping rates and times vary on location.

All orders are shipped from Park Ridge, Illinois.

Returns and Refunds

We pride ourselves in the best quality products. Our macarons are handmade and individually packaged to preserve its freshness and presented in high quality gift boxes. If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We ask you ship back the packaging in order to receive full refund. Please, allow 5-7 business days from the claim approval date for your refund to be processed.

Filing a Refund Claim:

1. Contact us at customerservice@leilalove.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2. You will receive further instructions from Customer Service and you must send back the gift box you received with your order.

3. If your claim is approved, please allow 7-10 days to receive your refund.

** Please note if you have filed a claim or charge dispute with your credit card company prior to contacting us, the refund process could be delayed. We recommend contacting us first so we can process your request promptly.

Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged, crushed or opened USPS package, please do not open or accept it. If it has been left by your door step and the package seems damaged, please do not open the package and contact USPS and our customer service for further instructions. If possible, please take a photo of the damaged USPS packaging. Contact us at customerservice@leilalove.com

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact our customer service at customerservice@leilalove.com within 24 hours of placing your order and allow up to 5 business days for a refund.
